  Absolutely terrible service and a unprofessional and uncaring attitude!
  My son was involved in a car accident and they reovered the car. It was written off and I authorised them to scrap the car, else we would be charged storage cost, which was fine.
  However, the issue was that they refused to send me photos of the damaged car, as they suspected it was for the insurance company; in which case they wanted to charge a fee! I explained my son had just passed his driving test, he only has 3rd party insurance, and therefore the insurance company have no interest in his car. I only wanted the photos to try and understand how the accident happened, as three cars were involved and the car was damaged on various sides. My son, could not recall what happend.
  They eventually agreed to send the photos, but having chased them on numerous occasions, there's aways some excuse, and unsurprisingly, we have not received the photos!
  I paid their £250 invoice for the car recovery straightaway, and still they insist on charging for photos of my son's car! Greedy!
  I would suggest using a more respectable and honest company, if you have the choice!

  Fantastic service. My MOT had run out, they fitted me in, ordered the part and fixed my car so it passed its MOT all while I waited. Best service I've ever had from a garage.
